Southern Delights Poultry does not promise exhibition quality stock. We promise good stock, better stock than found at feed stores or purchased from hatcheries. We have spent the time and money to find the best stock available from breeders that are known for their show quality stock or breeders that are known for their specialization in the breeds we stock.
Each year, each generation of birds, we carefully select the best birds to use the following year. Through our selective breeding practices, we are constantly moving our stock closer to conformity to the APA standards of each breed.
We do believe our stock is above average or
we wouldn't offer it to the public.
